I spent the first visit lining up the inside wall as best I could, it went bare in patches, but recovered well, this trim was lining the top up. Tecoma are ideally maintained once per 3-4 months. They are known to be very top heavy if you leave them, and will bow out. So keeping it thick and square is essential for a good looking hedge
